Where can I lie on a bed of nails?

What it says on the tin: I’d like to try lying on a bed of nails — either actual nails or plastic ones (as opposed to an acupressure mat). Preferably in PDX or NYC, but open to all U.S.!

As I said, Portland, Oregon and New York City area would be amazing and preferable. Willing to pay for the experience of course, whether it’s through a medical provider or just a fun “tourist” activity.

Looks like the only ones I can find are at the various Wonderworks locations, but would love more listings here.

Thanks in advance!

This is a common exhibit in a lot of interactive science museums (like here at Discovery Place in Charlotte, NC). I wonder if the Liberty Science Center in NJ would have a similar exhibit?

Yep, my kid did this last year at the Discovery Cube science museum in Santa Ana.

You could also make your own!

The Maryland Science Center in Baltimore has one on the first floor- it’s in the paid admission area.

Coney Island Sideshow has a school where apparently you can get certified to lie on a bed of nails, among other things.
