The grocery list is parodies of performance auto brands. I can't place all of them, but Eggs is Nos, Pepper is Pirelli, and Ham is HKS.

Best answer: I guess this is more precisely what it is parodying.

I’m pretty confident the device on the bonnet is LED driving lights.

Rear window looks like a 5-liter jerrycan — seems like a terrible idea to mount on the glass, especially if the snowboard roof box rattles against it while driving, but what do I know?

The hood device is just a cargo box similar to this one, likely for holding sporting gear.

Wait hang on there's only one roof top cross bar on that car. I think that rear contraption (some SeaSucker product or equivalent) is actually stabilizing the cargo box, and also has the jerrycan affixed to it. FWIW any jerrycan color but red, yellow, or blue is not meant to have fuel in it. Though given how the roof rack is attached IDK if I would trust the driver to do this right.

The device on the bonnet (hood) is a light bar. Largely useless there unless you want to light up the bonnet super bright but don't care about seeing where you're going.

The names on the side are some kind of parody of automotive performance brands. At least, I hope they're a parody.

The thing on the back window may or may not be a jerry can, but it appears to be holding up the back of the roof box - it doesn't seem to be doing anything else, as I can't see that it's attached to the box itself.

What's going on here? An accident waiting to happen. The only uncertainty is which of those things will cause it.

The parody grocery list "go-fast stickers" (as such decals are derisively known among auto enthusiasts) can also be purchased from Amazon, where they seem quite popular:

I like it, personally. Also that vanity plate is a clue to the motivations of the owner.

All very tastefully done.

Also the black container is in fact a Wavian NATO spec jerrycan, available in multiple colors and very popular amongst offroad enthusiasts. Only the CARB specifies required colors for jerrycans, contrary to widespread popular belief. Your gas can can legally be any color you want outside of California, at least for non-commercial use in non-CARB-compliant states (which is most of them).

DOT does not specify required colors, although OSHA might (hence my non-commercial use caveat). Go ahead and search, you'll find jerrycans in a wide range of colors legally sold throughout the US.

The "required red/yellow/blue or not" debate is a regular topic on off-roading forums.
