Translate this Protest Sign in Arabic

Hi! I have this protest sign but I cannot read Palestinian Arabic. I can get a rough translation from Google Translate, but I was hoping a fluent speaker could give me an accurate translation, as well as confirming whether what’s written is grammatically correct or not. Thanks so much!

Edit. I suck and just didn't read the 2nd part of your question. Leaving the answer here but ya. Sorry.

Machine translation says

Anger, anger, anger
For every war,
The purple rose

Heads up: It's not "the purple rose" but rather "the people rose" - which makes a lot more sense: "For every war, the people rose."

I know that's still not at all a good translation, but it definitely seems to be talking about people getting mad about war and rising up vs. variously colored flowers.

The purple rose

Google Translate is not the best. As with other things Google, it crowd-sources its translations, including wrong translations, and including typos that careless people have typed in.
