Crossdressing spaces/resources

I’m a man who is interested in cross dressing and would like to learn more about it, and possibly visit public spaces focused on it. Any suggestions?

I am primarily interested in the clothing etc rather than meeting people who want to date cross dressers or the like. If I go somewhere in public, I am interested more in the learning process or in general nonromantic socializing in a safe space. (Nothing against dating/etc, just not what I’m looking for.) I don’t consider myself transgender, and feel as though many resources I might hypothetically use are oriented more towards women, trans people, or people looking for sexual experiences I personally am not seeking. I would be delighted with online resources, reading material, or suggestions for locations to socialize in NYC or Philadelphia. Thanks!

Do you have the book The Lazy Crossdresser? It's a good starting point.
